Join us in a sacred sisterhood as we delve into themes of love, self-love, and transformation. This circle offers a meaningful opportunity to achieve balance and harmony, easing from the vibrant energy of summer into the more reflective and nurturing rhythm of fall. Together, we'll support each other in letting go of what no longer serves us, finding our heart center, and embracing a path guided by love.

️ What to Expect:

 Sacred Space: We’ll create a safe and welcoming environment where every woman can share, reflect, and connect without judgment.

 Guided Meditation: Begin with a meditation to ground ourselves and open our hearts, setting the tone for deep connection and introspection.

 Sharing Circle: Engage in heartfelt discussions on love, self-love, and the lessons of summer. Share your experiences, challenges, and intentions with the group, knowing that your voice will be heard and honored.

 Journaling & Intention Setting: Reflect on your summer journey and identify what needs to be released. Through journaling, you’ll set intentions for shedding old patterns and embracing new beginnings.

 Ritual for Release: Participate in a symbolic ritual to let go of what no longer serves you, creating space for self-love and transformation as we move into the next season.

This circle is a time for deep connection with yourself and others, a space to honor your journey, and a supportive community to empower your personal growth.
