Discipline, balance and inspire body, mind and spirit with the eastern practice of subtle energy cultivation. The ancient arts of Chi Kung and Tai Chi Chuan are based on the concept of vital energy, it's role in our health and it's use in self defense technique.
Through stretching and strength, Chi Kung movement and Tai Chi Chuan form, breathing and meditation techniques, refresh body, mind and spirit with these graceful and dynamic disciplines of balance and awareness.
Jacqueline Kortright is a certified Tai Chi Chuan, Chi Kung, Ba Gwa Chang, Self Defense Instructor, Reiki Master Practitioner, Subtle Energy Therapist, and Yoga Instructor, Kripalu style. She has earned her Forth Degree in Niei Chi (Internal Styles) and Goju Ryu Karate Do with Classical Martial Arts Canada, and has been teaching Niei Chi independently in Toronto and the GTA, and further afield in Eastern Ontario for close to two decades.
