In a Gong event we are co creators of our mutual experience; all you have to do is show up!
To enhance the benefits, lie down on a mat for 5 minutes before we begin. Silence is
truly golden and helps to set the brain for deeply listening. Give thanks to the others in the room as community amplifies any healing transformation.
Before the Gong Bath there will be a breath work practice from Kundalini Yoga and a call and answer Meditation for the Light. As November is the month where we notice our hours of daylight beginning to reduce, it is necessary to feel the light around us.
We project light to all those within our auric field, as we glow! Come to feel the brightness of your being; allow sound to harmonize and heal. 🧘🏽♀
About Alicia:
Alicia Avtar Satya has been a yoga practitioner since 1990, and came to Kundalini Yoga in 2005. On the path of expansion in 2017 she trained and continue to train, without any
expectation of actually teaching...however by the end of her first training she realized she had to spread the amazing results of these teachings to a world needing healing.
The Gong became a natural extension , as it is an integral part of Kundalini Yoga.
During the pandemic she switched to online offerings honing her skills and awakening
by participating in 2 years of Gong master trainings with Don Conreaux. Mehtab
Benton is now my advanced kundalini teacher and gong mentor for many
courses, including Gong Therapy and Gong Yoga Nidra.
Curiosity and passion for service have guided her to create vibrations of safety,
